Medical Center Radiology Group functions as an interventional radiology, nuclear medicine and diagnostic radiology hospital-based group for residents of Orlando. The group includes Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, Lucerne Hospital, South Seminole Hospital, South Lake Hospital, Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, and Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Orlando and Orlando Regional Medical Center, a Level I trauma center.
This group of organizations started by providing services to Central Florida Community at the Orlando Regional Medical Center (previously known as Orange Memorial Hospital) in the year 1949.
Medical Center Radiology Group provides all the generally available diagnostic and radiological skills. Besides, it also offers interpretation and consultation on regular X-rays, CAT scans, MRI studies and ultrasound. In addition, the group also offers interventional radiology as well as angiography services.
