Vitamin C is water – soluble vitamin that is needed for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of the body. Vitamin C is one of the nutrients that are responsible for bone growth. It is considered to be a vital part for maintaining healthy bones. Vitamin C reduces stress that can have a negative effect on the cells of the body. People should include oranges, green peppers, watermelon, papaya, grapefruit, cantaloupe, strawberries, kiwi, mango, broccoli, tomatoes, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, and citrus juices or juices in their diet that are rich in vitamin C.  Eating diet rich in vitamin C reduces the risk of developing arthritis.
